Lauren is a CACHE Certified Newborn Care Specialist, CAPPA trained Postpartum Doula, and trained Lactation Consultant. They hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, with a background in RIE®, and over 12 years of professional experience working with children newborn to three. They became a full-time newborn care specialist in 2021, after four rewarding years as an infant-toddler nanny. Parent education and supporting healthy infant sleep habits is a big piece of what draws them to this work! Lauren is passionate about natural motor development, independent play, and outdoor exploration for babies. 

Outside of working with families, Lauren is an accomplished skier and competitive rower. They coach mountain biking in the summer and love camping in the desert! 

Bonnie is a CACHE certified Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, Pediatric Sleep Coach, and Safe Sleep Ambassador with multiple other complimentary certifications and trainings.

Caring for new babies and mothers has been a lifelong passion for Bonnie. She has worked with babies for over 25 years, beginning as a career nanny. During her years of caring for new mothers and families, attending births, photographing newborns, and having children of her own, she recognized the need for specialized support. In 2017 she narrowed her services to focus on newborn care and mothers during the first year postpartum. In 2018 she developed the “Sleep Learning Intensive“, to help babies from 5 months through toddler age, to learn to sleep peacefully through the night. She is an internationally CACHE certified, inclusive care provider with experience with multiples, preemies, siblings, peaceful sleep training and scheduling. She is also CPR first aid certified.

Eugenia is a Double Certified Postpartum Doula, trained and certified by ProDoula and Dona international. Additionally she has two certificates as an Advanced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) with Newborn Care Solutions and Summer Sleep Secrets, the latter with whom she also trained to be a sleep consultant. With extensive experience working with newborns and families from all backgrounds, Eugenia aims to provide a safe, supportive, and thriving environment for all. Previous to transitioning to Postpartum Doula and NCS work, Eugenia was an infant nanny helping families throughout the course of their infant’s first year. She is dedicated to the process of teaching autonomy to parents by building their confidence and skill-sets to care for their newborn and infants. Eugenia is also a mother to what she describes as the most handsome and rambunctious boy ever, and is a mental health advocate for postpartum as well as pre-health student with the goal to become a nurse.

Celina is a CACHE Certified Master Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Infant Feeding Counselor, Certified Postpartum Doula and holds a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. 

With almost a decade of experience, Celina’s passion is providing parents with the tools, information, and support they need during the fourth trimester, and being an instrumental part of increasing their confidence. Her postpartum practice focuses on maternal and infant mental health, respectful interactions and respectful parenting. Celina truly believes that parents have an intuition when it comes to their children; she believes in harnessing that and creating functional routines and systems that work for each individual family. 

Celina provides support nationwide and has experience with high-profile clientele, “non-traditional” households, and international travel. When she is not working she can be found at the gym, or spending time with her loved ones.

Rafaella is a CACHE Certified Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, Lactation Educator, and Sleep Expert with over 20 years of experience working with children through both teaching and childcare. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and spent many years as a kindergarten teacher, as well as working in various childcare settings, before transitioning to specialize in newborn and infant care.

For the past 5 years, Rafaella has been dedicated to supporting families through the tender postpartum period—empowering new parents with education, fostering healthy sleep habits through gentle, developmentally appropriate approaches, and creating calm, nurturing environments where babies can thrive. What she loves most about her work is helping parents navigate this wonderful, yet exhausting, beginning with confidence and empathy. Families often describe Rafaella as a calming, knowledgeable presence who brings both reassurance and warmth into their home.

Lauren is a Midwife, Lactation Consultant, and Infant Sleep Specialist with over 25 years of experience helping families get the rest they need. Lauren has supported more than 1,000 families through those tough early months and toddler years — when sleep feels like a distant memory and exhaustion takes over.

Her work is all about helping parents feel calm, confident, and well-rested. Whether a baby is waking every hour, families are dealing with reflux, feeding issues, or developmental challenges, or they’re just not sure what’s normal anymore — Lauren is here to help. Her background includes doula care, feeding support, newborn to toddler sleep help, and supporting medically fragile babies with feeding and respiratory needs. She brings both heart and deep clinical experience to every home she enters. Sleep shouldn’t be a struggle. Lauren would love to help your family find your rhythm again.

Tré is a Master NCS®️ and a Master Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. Tré has been working with families globally for over a decade and enjoys helping families create their own way in the world. She encourages parent empowerment through coaching, and by creating personalized family dynamics so that the families she works with thrive even in her absence. Her goal is to make sure all families have a valuable and reliable resource, so she makes sure to be just that.  She is a proud Hufflepuff with a love of butterflies and all things purple, gold and blush pink. She is based out of metro ATL, and travels to/for assignments when necessary. 

Shawntae is a newborn night nanny with 18 years of experience caring for newborns. As a Registered Labor and Delivery and Postpartum Nurse and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), she provides expert, compassionate support in newborn care, safe sleep, feeding guidance, and postpartum recovery. Whether breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or both, Shawntae offers personalized nighttime care, helping families establish healthy routines and rest easier. She believes every family deserves compassionate, reliable support during this precious (and sometimes overwhelming) time. It is an honor for her to be trusted with a family's little one, and her goal is always to make nights easier and days brighter.

When she is not helping families deliver or care for their infants, she is hanging out with her husband and 4 wild teenagers.

Jackie is a CACHE Certified Newborn Care Specialist and CAPPA-trained Postpartum Doula with over 20 years of experience supporting families through the newborn stage. She brings a strong foundation in postpartum care, lactation support, and gentle sleep conditioning. Her approach is nurturing, evidence-based, and personalized to each family’s unique needs. Jackie is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, further enriching her understanding of infant development and family dynamics. She is passionate about helping parents feel confident, supported, and well-rested during this special time.
