Each search begins with a $1,500 engagement fee, confirming your request and initiating our confidential vetting and recruitment process.

This fee covers the administrative and screening costs associated with your search — including background investigations, credential verification, and curated candidate introductions from our invitation-only network.

The engagement fee is non-refundable and non-creditable, ensuring we can dedicate full attention and resources to your search.

Our process is intentionally discerning—families are introduced only to candidates who align closely with their household’s rhythm, values, and expectations.

Most families find an excellent fit within the first few introductions, though we continue refining the search until alignment is achieved.
