Investment

Our full-time nanny placements are billed at 20% of the candidate’s annualized gross salary, with a minimum placement fee of $8,500.

We take great care in matching each family with a career nanny whose experience, temperament, and values align seamlessly with your household.

To secure your placement and guarantee your candidate’s availability:

  • 50% of the estimated placement fee is collected upon contract signing.

  • The remaining balance is due prior to the nanny’s official start date.

This structure ensures mutual commitment between all parties and allows us to reserve your selected candidate exclusively for your family.

Each placement includes comprehensive vetting, background and reference verification, NDA facilitation, and ongoing support throughout onboarding and transition.

Engagement Structure

  1. Initial Inquiry & Welcome Packet
    We begin with a confidential inquiry and provide your welcome packet outlining our process, placement terms, and next steps.

  2. Family Registration & Profile
    We’ll complete a detailed registration form so we can understand your household structure, schedule, and care priorities.

  3. Consultation Call
    We schedule a private consultation with your family or designated point person to refine the search parameters and discuss household culture, staffing dynamics, and expectations.

  4. Contract & Deposit
    To initiate your search, we finalize the placement agreement and collect the initial 50% portion of the placement fee to reserve search capacity and begin recruitment.

  5. Job Description & Search Design
    Our team drafts and finalizes a detailed position profile capturing role expectations, schedule, travel requirements, and compensation structure.

  6. Candidate Search & Vetting
    We identify, screen, and vet candidates through our invitation-only network, conducting comprehensive background and reference checks and ensuring alignment with your household’s needs.

  7. Interviews, Selection & Offer
    We coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide you through the selection and offer process—including negotiation support if needed.

  8. Final Payment & Confirmation
    The remaining 50% of the placement fee is due prior to the nanny’s confirmed start date to secure their availability exclusively for your family.

  9. Employer Packet & Background Documentation
    We deliver the complete onboarding packet, including verified references, background documentation, NDA, and employment agreement templates for your records.

  10. 30-Day Check-In
    Our concierge follows up 30 days after placement to ensure a smooth transition and continued alignment between family and caregiver.
